Final Sale - Please note that all holiday items, sale items, candy, Jellycat products, needohs/ squishies, fidgets and plush toys are final sale and cannot be returned.

In-Store Return Policy: Exchange or Gift Card only

Online Return Policy:
Thank you for visiting Einstein’s Attic. We’re sorry it didn’t work out this time, but we’re happy to assist! Please note that all holiday items, sale items, candy, Jellycat products, and plush toys are final sale and cannot be returned.

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most merchandise, provided the items are in their original, unopened packaging. Please be aware that not all staff members are authorized to process returns, but a member of our team will follow up with a confirmation email and complete your exchange or issue a store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Fine Print:

•  Once the items are received in new, unused condition with all original tags, we will process your return in-store immediately, or a team member will send a confirmation email.

•  Shipping costs and the condition of returned items are the customer’s responsibility.

• We cannot process returns for items damaged during shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to initiate a claim with the carrier.

 

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives safely and promptly. Please read the following important details regarding our shipping policy:

  1. Shipping Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, pre-order and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  2. Route Protection: During checkout, you will be given the option to add Route Protection to your order. Route Protection is an optional service that provides coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

  3. Without Route Protection: If you choose not to opt for Route Protection, you assume full responsibility for any issues related to your shipment, including lost, stolen, or damaged items. In such cases, we are unable to assist with claims or refunds. You will need to contact the carrier directly to resolve any issues.

  4. Shipping Issues: If you selected Route Protection, you are covered for any delivery issues that may occur, and you can file a claim through the Route system. If you did not opt for Route Protection, any shipping-related issues are your responsibility, and we will not be able to assist with claims.
