In-Store Return Policy: Exchange or Gift Card
Thank you for visiting Einstein’s Attic. We’re sorry it didn’t work out this time, but we’re happy to assist! Please note that all holiday items, Jellycat products, and plush toys are final sale and cannot be returned.
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most merchandise, provided the items are in their original, unopened packaging. Please be aware that not all staff members are authorized to process returns, but a member of our team will follow up with a confirmation email and complete your exchange or issue a store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Fine Print:
• Once the items are received in new, unused condition with all original tags, we will process your return in-store immediately, or a team member will send a confirmation email.
• Shipping costs and the condition of returned items are the customer’s responsibility.
• We cannot process returns for items damaged during shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to initiate a claim with the carrier.
